My Story
I didn’t grow up around women building businesses or chasing big dreams, I grew up around women who devoted their lives to their families but deep down I always knew I wanted more. I wanted to break the generational pattern for my daughters and show them what’s possible and build something of my own that worked around my role as a mum.
But for a long time, I didn’t believe I could.
I was held back by self doubt, low self worth and limiting beliefs that told me I wasn’t good enough, smart enough or capable to have or sustain success. Every time I dreamed of creating something meaningful, a voice in my head would tell me it wasn’t realistic.
Then one day I stumbled across personal development and I started learning everything I could about mindset, the subconscious mind and how the experiences and stories we have learnt growing up, silently shapes our reality. The more I studied, the more I realised that my life wasn’t a reflection of my potential, it was a reflection of my belief system.
So I began working on myself and explored where my fears came from, healed old wounds and rewrote the stories that had kept me playing small for so long. As I grew, something shifted and I started to believe in myself. I saw that my past didn’t define me and I finally began to trust my voice, my vision and my worth.
That journey brought me here.
Today, I’m a coach, speaker and workshop facilitator, helping women break through the mental and emotional blocks holding them back. I’ve made it my mission to support other women, especially those who like me, want to create something bigger for themselves but don’t know where to begin.
Because here’s what I know for sure, when you shift what you believe is possible for you, everything changes.
